When my Treadmill tests indicated that I could have heart issues. I consulted Dr. Mahajani. He did angiography on me and found blocks in 2 places. He took immediate action and did angioplasty. The procedure was very smooth and took about an hour and was done under full consciousness and visibility to me. I was discharged soon and have been keeping wonderful health since then. In fact I have travelled abroad since then. All his actions have been spot on and top notch. I am very much thankful to him.

We generally carry out yearly preventive health check up. Unfortunately, this year my cardiac stress test result showed some abnormalities. All vitals were normal. I was advised to consult a cardiologist immediately. It was told that I may need urgent Angioplasty. My wife and daughter were worried. We rushed to Apollo Hospital, Navi Mumbai. We were waiting for our turn near reception. Our Anxiety was at its peak.
We met Dr Anup Mahajani and he checked me, patiently explained my test results and probable scenario. He advised 2D echo which he performed himself. After examining reports of 2D echo which was normal, he adviced CT angiography. He instructed the technician many times to watch calcium score before scan.
We received the report the next day. My heart was absolutely normal and had 0 calcium score. Dr. Anup assured us that it was an artefact of the previous echo machine as nothing correlated with my condition.
Thanks to careful review by Dr Anup Mahajani. He is rare breed who believed symptoms and patient state and not artefact shown in trade-mill test.

In the mid month of March 2021, I was taken to Apollo Hospital as an emergency, Dr. Mahajani was present at the time. After receiving a message that a patient was being brought in as an emergency, it was God's work from this angel to wait for that patient in the emergency ward at 9:30 in the morning and do all the next treatment.
After the ECG, 2Deco, Dr. decided to shift to OT immediately. A block was found while doing angiography, so it was decided to do angioplasty as an immediate solution. At that moment I realized that Dr. Anup Mahajani is an angel.
As the next 24 hours were put in for observation, the care they took was telling a lot. Forgetting all the reasons why heart disease has occurred, ask to change lifestyle and gave good guidance that heart disease should not increase.
After this, within three months of follow-up, he was happy to see the improvement in health, but at the same time, he gave important advice to take care of the heart is an important.
In fact, I would say that his advice should be used before the onset of heart disease. It requires an annual, semi-annual heart check, regardless of age. This will make you aware of the dangers ahead and keep you healthy.
